Billy Graham, 85 and Still Going Strong - 14 Nov 2003

...He turned 85 last week, but evangelist Billy Graham is showing no signs of slipping quietly into retirement. Graham's son Franklin confirmed this week through Associated Press that his dad is planning even more crusades in the new year. "We're got three crusades we're planning for him next year -- we'll announce those dates probably the first week of January," the younger Graham says. "He's not going to quit. He's like an old war horse; he just keeps going." The crusade cities and dates will be announced early in January. Franklin Graham says his dad will be joined in the meetings by his long-time friend, 94-year-old George Beverly Shea. He adds both would appreciate people's prayers.
